Return and Refund Policy

At V.A Boutique, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers and aim to provide high-quality press-on nails and jewellery products. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a purchased item.

This Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for requesting a refund or exchange. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns and Exchanges: 

  • We offer a 30-day return or exchange period from the date of purchase for press-on nails and jewellery items (exclude Earrings).
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be sealed, unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Every necklace and bracelet shipped has a tag reading "Please keep this tag attached for returns". Please note that once this tag has been removed, the jewellery piece is no longer returnable.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, press-on nails or jewellery items that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • During promotional periods, if you wish to exchange or return products, you are required to send back any accompanying gifts received as part of the promotion. The following rules apply: 1. If you received a free gift or promotional item with your purchase, you must include this gift when returning or exchanging products. 2. The free gift must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the products.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be issued for products that meet the following criteria: 

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging. Necklace and bracelet should have its tag attached.
  • The product has not been opened or unsealed. 
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the products.
  • If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange.

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
  • Provide details of the product, order number, and reason for the return or exchange.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return authorization number if applicable.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all original accessories, manuals, and promotional materials.
  • Ship the item back to us at your expense, using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, we will process the refund within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@vabeautyboutique.com.au.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings or other pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Customized products, such as special orders or personalized items.
  • Items that have been used, opened, or unsealed (unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival).
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned item is properly packaged and protected to prevent damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance for return shipments.
